I support adults (18+) who feel exhausted, anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected on the inside. Many of the people I work with are used to holding everything together. They’re responsible, thoughtful, and often high-functioning - yet quietly struggling with burnout, self-criticism, perfectionism, people-pleasing, or the lasting impact of relational trauma.
If you’ve tried coping tools, podcasts, self-help books, or even therapy and still feel stuck - perhaps even losing hope that things can change - I want you to know that I hear you. That place can feel incredibly heavy and lonely. You don’t have to struggle on alone.
I offer a grounded, inclusive, and emotionally safe space where you don’t have to pretend to hold it all together. You don’t need to have everything figured out or neatly packaged. We begin exactly where you are - with the messy bits, the parts that feel ashamed, stuck, or sceptical about whether therapy will help. Therapy with me is collaborative and human, not clinical or distant.
I’m deeply interested in people’s stories and in gently noticing the patterns that sometimes hold us back. I’ll encourage you to be kinder to yourself and to soften those harsh internal voices, while also compassionately challenging unhelpful beliefs you may carry.
I bring warmth, depth, creativity, and often humour (when appropriate) into our sessions. I care deeply about this work and continue to feel inspired by the courage it takes to look inward.
